Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Psychiatry Relief PLLC, we value your time and our commitment to providing timely care. To ensure that all patients have access to needed services, we ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation and no-show policy:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice.
This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment:

  • A $50.00 fee will be charged to your account.

  • This fee cannot be billed to your insurance and will be your responsibility.

One-Time Courtesy Waiver

We understand that emergencies happen. As a courtesy, we offer a one-time waiver of the $50 fee for your first missed or late-canceled appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment:

  • You may receive a shortened session to respect the time of other scheduled patients.

  • If you arrive too late for the session to be productive, it may be considered a missed appointment and subject to the no-show policy.
